Technical Due Diligence Support

What it is

We work alongside your internal team, investment group, or lead diligence consultant to evaluate the manufacturing economics behind a program or company. This can include reviewing process assumptions, commercial-scale manufacturing strategy, cost-of-goods estimates, scale-up expectations, and the variables most likely to change the economic outlook.

Our role is typically focused on the cost and manufacturing economics component of diligence rather than serving as the lead technical diligence provider.

When you need it

This support is useful during acquisitions, licensing discussions, financing rounds, portfolio reviews, and other investment decisions where the economics of manufacturing could influence the value or viability of a program.

We can join an established diligence team when additional process economics expertise is needed. If a broader technical diligence review is required, we can also recommend independent consultants with the appropriate CMC, manufacturing, regulatory, or technical expertise.
